Jelly recipe using juice low sugar
4 cups 100% fruit juice
2 tsp. lemon juice
3 tbl. Ball low sugar pectin
2 ½ cups of sugar substitute
Bring fruit juice, lemon juice and pectin to a rapid boil
Boil and stir for one minute
Add sugar substitute
Bring to boil and stir
Pour into sterilized jars and boil jars for 10 minutes.
Use ball no sugar pectin comes in plastic jar
Make sure you use 100% juice
Can also use crushed fruit and make jam
