John Mull’s Road Kill Grill was a hidden gem until it appeared on Diner’s , Drive-Ins & Dive’s . They have probably the best BBQ in Las Vegas. It started out as a Smoke House and butcher shop for local hunters. Now the lines run out the door with people willing to wait in the hot sun for the terrific BBQ.
The Road Kill Grill is far North of downtown Las Vegas located just north of North Las Vegas Airport off Decater Blvd. It still is a simple butcher shop and cafeteria with no tables inside. You stand in line outside someone will take your order then you slowly walk up to the door enter and watch them prepare your order, pay and exit. They do have covered tables outside and you can BYOB. Everything is good but the brisket is the best. The picture below is after you leave by the back door.
